Aone Trips Cancellation and returns policies
Customers may cancel the booking
24 hour prior to the time of trip, without any cancellation charges for the services.
If cancellation of the trip is requested within 24 hrs of the pickup time, then
following conditions will apply:
- Multi Day trip:
The charge for the first day would be deducted from the entire amount and
refund will be issued to the customer.
- Single Day trip/
Airport Transfer: No Refund will be issued to the customer.
- Airport Transfer:
Not any cancellation charge if cancelled at least 2 hours prior of pickup time.
- A booking voucher will be sent
to the service user over email when he completes the online car booking with
Aone Trips website.
- Customers need to show the
booking slip/voucher provided earlier via email/SMS. It is mandatory to avail
the services. If this is not done, it entitles the driver to refuse service
delivery without any obligation on us to refund the booking amount.
- Duty slip has to be filled by
the customer, otherwise no disputes will be entertained. Start and end distance
in km will be calculated from garage of Aone Trips. Maximum of 15 km will be
calculated as Garage to Garage distance in the source city.
- Customer can request for
amendments to a booking made by him only if it is done 24 hours before the
pick-up time. No changes to be done within 24 hours of the time of pick up
- Customer is liable to pay
waiting charges in the case of delay exceeding more than 15 minutes from the
scheduled pick up time.
- The chauffeur will wait for
the customer on the tour date for not more than 1 hour from his pick-up time in
a case the customer does not inform the chauffeur on the delay. After 60
minutes the deposit will be considered as a case of no show and full booking
amount will be forfeited.
